I first heard about Tristan through a friend as he was working on a new website for her. Helen was singing his praises very highly, which let’s be honest, we don’t hear too often in this day and age.

I already had a website for my business, one of those off the shelf generic fill in and upload type websites with little functionality or character. The same as everyone else in the industry. My Google ranking was stuck at the bottom of page three.

I met Tristan for the first time and knew straight away that he would be building my new website for me. He was down to earth with no big over the top jargon. Tristan listened intently to what I had to say. I found his input creative and inspirational through the brainstorming process. A week later he had taken my simple set of thoughts and turned them into an authentic personal representation of my business.

Working with Tristan was so easy and flexible. Monday to Friday Nine to five is not in his dictionary. For example, Tristan was easily reachable outside of normal office hours, even over the festive period! My new site launched on the stroke of midnight on New Year’s Eve 2017.

Within three days, we are seeing positive movement up the Google rankings and cannot believe the results. But what we wanted so much is the type of business the new website would attract. We have had three new clients, and they are all in a different league altogether than that we had become used to.

Tristan will be an invaluable part of the team as we press forward with new ideas and grow our company from strength to strength. I would recommend Tristan to everyone I know (except for the competition!).
