Mystic Mansion Gifts

Website: www.mysticmansiongifts.co.uk

Client

Mystic Mansion are an online eCommerce store offering a wide range of halloween gifts, mystic gifts, spirit boards, tarot readings, digital and framed artwork.

Project Description

Mystic Mansion already had an existing online store built on WordPress, the popular Content Management System (CMS). Netherbeck Design were contacted to review and audit the existing website with a view to improving it.

After reviewing and discussing options and solutions, we decided that we would re-build the Mystic Mansion from scratch, starting with a blank canvas, again using the very powerful combination of WordPress and WooCommerce.

Project Goal

To create a modern, fresh, responsive eCommerce website that would be easy to navigate and allow users Mystic Mansion to showcase their products online and provide a simple, straightforward way for users to view the wide range of products and purchase them. The website had to aesthetically adhere to the existing company branding and image.

Client Feedback

From the moment i spoke to Tristan i knew that we were going to be able to work together no problem at all. He is very approachable and listens to exactly what you want and are looking for. He offers his advice and his expertise without belittling your requests. I was completely part of the process every step of the way, every day we were in touch and Tristan answered every email i sent pretty much straight away and requests were done immediately. I can not find any fault at all with the way i was treated and how quickly and professionally the work was done. Tristan completely got what i was looking for and made it happen. My site looks amazing, a life long dream made real thanks to him. I am also happy that Tristan will be managing my site, because i would only mess up all his hard work. I feel in very safe hands. Tristan made a process that i thought was going to be very scary, easy and comfortable and enjoyable. If you fall upon this guy to do your website then you have struck gold believe me!
