Some months need more than your included support time. We'll always tell you before going over, and nothing is charged without your go-ahead. Unused support time carries over for one month, then lapses.

Care Plan clients: £60 an hour, 20% off our standard rate.
Standard rate
No Care Plan? Our standard rate is £75 an hour, billed in 15 minute steps.
Prepaid blocks
Need regular help without a Care Plan? Prepay and save: 5 hours for £340 or 10 hours for £640, to use within 12 months.
