ADI Trainers
ADI Trainers was already a strong project for us. We originally built their first ever website and it did exactly what it needed to do at the time.
This redesign was about something bigger. A clear shift in focus, a more ambitious model and a platform that could support long term growth through membership, resources and collaboration across the industry.
The Goal
The business had evolved, and the website needed to reflect that.
ADI Trainers was no longer just a directory. It had become a subscription based platform offering access to resources, co-operative advertising, professional standards and a growing community of trainers and instructors across the UK.
The challenge was to reposition the brand without losing trust. It needed to feel authoritative, supportive and modern, while clearly communicating value to PDIs and ADIs at very different stages of their journey.
The Solution
We redesigned the site from the ground up using WordPress, keeping the familiarity of the platform but rethinking the structure, messaging and user journeys entirely.
The new homepage clearly separates the experience for PDIs and ADIs, guiding each audience to the information and actions most relevant to them. Search and discovery tools make it easy to find trainers, driving schools and opportunities, while the membership offering is woven naturally throughout the site rather than feeling bolted on.
Behind the scenes, the platform supports subscription based access, member profiles and scalable content delivery. The design balances clarity with credibility, making the value of membership obvious without overwhelming users.
The Result
ADI Trainers now has a website that truly reflects who they are and where they’re heading.
It positions ADIT as a national authority in driving instructor training, supports recurring revenue through memberships and creates a genuine sense of community across the industry. The platform is flexible, future ready and built to grow alongside the organisation, exactly what this next chapter required.
