SEO Services Terms

These SEO Services Terms apply specifically to SEO-related services provided by Infinity3 Ltd and should be read alongside our Standard Terms & Conditions.

By purchasing or using any SEO service provided by Infinity3 Ltd, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Infinity3 provides SEO-related services including, but not limited to:

  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
  • Local SEO
  • Technical SEO
  • On-page optimisation
  • SEO audits
  • Keyword research
  • Content creation and optimisation
  • Google Business Profile optimisation
  • AI Search optimisation
  • SEO reporting and analytics
  • Authority building and citation optimisation
  • Competitor research
  • AI-assisted SEO services

The exact services included will depend on the agreed package, proposal, quotation or subscription plan.

SEO services may include recommendations, implementation work, content creation, technical improvements, reporting and ongoing optimisation activities.

2. NO GUARANTEED RANKINGS OR RESULTS

Infinity3 does not guarantee:

  • specific keyword rankings;
  • first-page search engine positions;
  • traffic increases;
  • leads or sales;
  • business growth;
  • search engine indexing;
  • featured snippets;
  • map pack placement;
  • AI search visibility.

SEO performance is influenced by many factors outside Infinity3's control, including:

  • search engine algorithm updates;
  • competitor activity;
  • website history;
  • website quality and performance;
  • industry competition;
  • user behaviour;
  • hosting quality;
  • third-party platform changes;
  • search engine policies.

Search rankings and visibility naturally fluctuate over time.

All SEO services are provided on a best-efforts basis.

3. SEARCH ENGINE AND AI SEARCH CHANGES

Search engines and AI-powered search platforms regularly update their algorithms, ranking systems and policies.

Infinity3 cannot be held responsible for ranking changes, traffic fluctuations or visibility changes caused by:

  • Google algorithm updates;
  • Bing or other search engine updates;
  • changes to indexing systems;
  • AI-powered search changes;
  • changes to search engine policies;
  • third-party platform updates.

Infinity3 reserves the right to adjust SEO strategies and deliverables in response to changes in search technology.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To allow Infinity3 to deliver SEO services effectively, clients agree to:

  • provide accurate business information;
  • provide timely access to websites, hosting, domains, analytics and relevant platforms;
  • provide access to Google Business Profile where required;
  • respond to requests for information or approval within reasonable timescales;
  • maintain active hosting and domain services;
  • ensure website content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Delays caused by the Client may affect delivery timescales, recommendations, implementation and campaign performance.

Infinity3 cannot be held responsible for performance issues resulting from delayed communication, lack of access or withheld information.

5. WEBSITE CHANGES BY THE CLIENT OR THIRD PARTIES

Infinity3 is not responsible for SEO issues, ranking losses or website problems caused by:

  • website redesigns;
  • theme or plugin changes;
  • content removal;
  • URL structure changes;
  • hosting migrations;
  • developer changes;
  • website downtime;
  • changes made by the Client or third parties.

Clients are strongly encouraged to consult Infinity3 before making significant website changes during an active SEO campaign.

6. EXISTING WEBSITE ISSUES AND HISTORICAL PENALTIES

Infinity3 cannot be held responsible for:

  • historical SEO penalties;
  • existing spam backlinks;
  • previous black-hat SEO activity;
  • manual search engine actions;
  • pre-existing technical issues;
  • poor historical domain reputation.

Where these issues are identified, Infinity3 may recommend additional remedial work outside the agreed SEO package.

7. CONTENT AND OPTIMISATION

Infinity3 may create, edit, optimise or recommend content as part of SEO services.

This may include:

  • website content;
  • blog articles;
  • metadata;
  • structured data recommendations;
  • optimisation suggestions;
  • content briefs.

While reasonable care is taken, the Client remains responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication.

The Client remains responsible for:

  • accuracy;
  • legal compliance;
  • industry requirements;
  • medical or financial claims;
  • copyright ownership;
  • brand messaging.

Infinity3 accepts no liability for inaccuracies, omissions or legal issues within approved content.

8. AI-ASSISTED SEO SERVICES

Infinity3 may use AI-assisted tools and systems as part of SEO workflows, including:

  • content generation;
  • keyword analysis;
  • competitor research;
  • optimisation recommendations;
  • data interpretation;
  • content planning.

AI-generated outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies, inconsistencies or outdated information.

All AI-assisted content and recommendations should be reviewed appropriately before publication or implementation.

The Client remains responsible for approving final website content and SEO decisions.

9. GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE AND LOCAL SEO

Where Local SEO services are provided, Infinity3 may assist with:

  • Google Business Profile optimisation;
  • local keyword research;
  • citation management;
  • business information consistency;
  • local visibility improvements.

The Client retains ownership of their Google Business Profile and associated business information.

Infinity3 cannot guarantee:

  • Google Maps rankings;
  • local pack placement;
  • review volume;
  • review ratings;
  • directory visibility.

Local search results are influenced by factors including location, competition, search behaviour and search engine updates.

10. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS AND SERVICES

SEO services may rely on third-party platforms including, but not limited to:

  • Google Search Console;
  • Google Analytics;
  • Google Business Profile;
  • Bing;
  • WordPress;
  • hosting providers;
  • SEO software providers;
  • AI systems and APIs;
  • directory platforms.

Infinity3 cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility or functionality of third-party platforms.

Infinity3 is not responsible for:

  • outages;
  • data loss;
  • API limitations;
  • platform suspensions;
  • policy changes;
  • third-party pricing changes.

11. REPORTING AND PERFORMANCE DATA

SEO reports and analytics are provided for informational purposes only.

Traffic, ranking and visibility data may vary between platforms and reporting tools.

Infinity3 cannot guarantee the accuracy of third-party analytics systems.

Reports demonstrate SEO activity, performance trends and opportunities but should not be interpreted as guarantees of future results.

12. PROHIBITED INDUSTRIES AND ACTIVITIES

Infinity3 reserves the right to refuse or terminate SEO services for websites or businesses involved in:

  • illegal activity;
  • fraud or scams;
  • spam or deceptive marketing;
  • fake review generation;
  • malware or harmful software;
  • adult content or pornography;
  • gambling;
  • hate speech or extremist content;
  • plagiarised or stolen content;
  • misleading medical or financial claims;
  • political manipulation or disinformation campaigns.

Infinity3 also reserves the right to refuse SEO requests that may damage its reputation or violate search engine guidelines.

13. ETHICAL SEO PRACTICES

Infinity3 aims to follow ethical and sustainable SEO practices aligned with current search engine guidelines.

Infinity3 will not knowingly engage in:

  • black-hat SEO;
  • link spam;
  • keyword stuffing;
  • cloaking;
  • automated spam tactics;
  • fake review manipulation.

Requests to implement prohibited SEO practices may result in immediate termination of services.

14. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND BILLING

SEO services are typically provided on a recurring monthly subscription basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • SEO subscriptions renew automatically;
  • payments are due in advance;
  • failed payments may result in suspension of services;
  • SEO activity may pause until payment issues are resolved.

Infinity3 reserves the right to remove access to reporting dashboards, SEO tools or associated systems where accounts become overdue.

15. CANCELLATION AND NOTICE PERIODS

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, SEO services require 30 days written notice to cancel.

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email.

Due to the ongoing nature of SEO:

  • completed work is non-refundable;
  • rankings and visibility cannot be guaranteed after cancellation;
  • SEO momentum may decline after services end.
  • Infinity3 reserves the right to immediately terminate services where:
  • payments remain overdue;
  • abusive behaviour occurs;
  • these Terms are breached;
  • illegal or unethical activity is identified.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of content specifically created for their website as part of SEO services.

Infinity3 retains ownership of:

  • SEO processes;
  • internal systems;
  • templates;
  • workflows;
  • AI prompts;
  • reporting systems;
  • automation systems;
  • methodologies;
  • strategies.

These may not be copied, resold or redistributed without written permission.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Infinity3 shall not be liable for:

  • ranking losses;
  • traffic decreases;
  • business losses;
  • lost profits;
  • website downtime;
  • search engine penalties;
  • third-party platform failures;
  • data loss;
  • indirect or consequential losses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinity3's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for SEO services during the previous three months.

18. AMENDMENTS

Infinity3 reserves the right to update or modify these SEO Services Terms & Conditions at any time.

The latest version will always be published on the Infinity3 website.

Continued use of SEO services after amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. GOVERNING LAW

These SEO Services Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with SEO services provided by Infinity3 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
