These SEO Services Terms & Conditions apply specifically to all SEO related services provided by Infinity3 and should be read alongside our Standard Terms & Conditions.

By purchasing or using any SEO service provided by Infinity3, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Services

Infinity3 provides SEO related services including, but not limited to:

  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
  • Local SEO
  • Technical SEO
  • On-Page Optimisation
  • SEO Audits
  • Blog Content Creation
  • Keyword Research
  • Google Business Profile Optimisation
  • SEO Reporting & Analytics
  • Link Building & Citation Work
  • AI Assisted SEO Services

The exact services included will depend on the agreed package, proposal, quotation, or subscription plan.

2. No Guaranteed Rankings or Results

Infinity3 does not guarantee:

  • Specific keyword rankings
  • First page Google positions
  • Traffic increases
  • Leads or sales
  • Business growth
  • Search engine indexing
  • Featured snippets or map pack placement

SEO is influenced by numerous factors outside of Infinity3’s control, including but not limited to:

  • Search engine algorithm updates
  • Competitor activity
  • Website history
  • Website quality and performance
  • Industry competition
  • User behaviour
  • Hosting quality
  • Third-party platform changes

Search rankings may fluctuate naturally over time.

All SEO services are provided on a best-efforts basis.

3. Search Engine Algorithm Changes

Search engines regularly update and modify their algorithms, policies, and ranking systems.

Infinity3 cannot be held responsible for ranking losses, traffic decreases, or performance changes caused by:

  • Google algorithm updates
  • Search engine penalties
  • Changes to indexing systems
  • Search engine policy changes
  • AI generated search experiences
  • Third-party platform changes

Infinity3 reserves the right to adjust SEO strategies and deliverables in response to algorithm changes where necessary.

4. Client Responsibilities

To allow Infinity3 to deliver SEO services effectively, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Provide timely access to websites, hosting, domains, analytics, and relevant platforms
  • Respond to requests for approval or information within a reasonable timeframe
  • Maintain active hosting and domain services
  • Ensure website content complies with applicable laws and regulations

Delays caused by the client may affect timelines, rankings, or campaign performance.

Infinity3 cannot be held responsible for performance issues resulting from delayed communication, lack of access, or withheld information.

5. Website Changes by the Client or Third Parties

Infinity3 is not responsible for SEO issues, ranking losses, or website problems caused by:

  • Website redesigns
  • Plugin/theme changes
  • Content removal
  • URL structure changes
  • Hosting migrations
  • Developer changes
  • Website downtime
  • Changes made by the client or third parties

Clients are strongly encouraged to consult Infinity3 before making significant website changes during an active SEO campaign.

6. Existing Website Issues & Historical Penalties

Infinity3 cannot be held responsible for:

  • Historical SEO penalties
  • Existing spam backlinks
  • Prior black-hat SEO work
  • Manual actions from search engines
  • Pre-existing technical website issues
  • Poor historical domain reputation

Where such issues are identified, Infinity3 may recommend additional remedial work outside of the standard SEO package.

7. Content & Optimisation

Infinity3 may create, edit, optimise, or recommend content as part of SEO services.

While reasonable care is taken, clients remain ultimately responsible for reviewing and approving website content, including:

  • Accuracy
  • Legal compliance
  • Industry compliance
  • Medical/financial claims
  • Copyright ownership
  • Brand messaging

Infinity3 accepts no liability for inaccuracies, omissions, or legal issues within approved content.

8. AI Assisted SEO Services

Infinity3 may utilise AI assisted tools and systems as part of its SEO workflows, including for:

  • Content generation
  • Keyword analysis
  • Data interpretation
  • Optimisation recommendations

AI generated outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or outdated information.

All content should be reviewed by the client before publication where appropriate.

9. Third-Party Platforms & Services

SEO services may rely on third-party services and platforms including, but not limited to:

  • Google Search Console
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Business Profile
  • Bing
  • WordPress
  • Hosting providers
  • SEO software providers
  • AI systems and APIs

Infinity3 cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility, or functionality of any third-party platform.

Infinity3 is not responsible for outages, data loss, API limitations, platform suspensions, or third-party policy changes.

10. Reporting & Performance Data

SEO reports and analytics are provided for informational purposes only.

Traffic, ranking, and visibility data may vary between platforms and tools.

Infinity3 cannot guarantee the accuracy of third-party analytics systems.

Any estimated traffic, ranking opportunities, or growth projections should not be interpreted as guarantees.

11. Prohibited Industries & Activities

Infinity3 reserves the right to refuse or terminate SEO services for websites or businesses involved in:

  • Illegal activity
  • Fraud or scams
  • Spam or deceptive marketing
  • Fake review generation
  • Malware or harmful software
  • Adult content or pornography
  • Gambling
  • Hate speech or extremist content
  • Plagiarised or stolen content
  • Misleading medical or financial claims
  • Political manipulation or disinformation campaigns

Infinity3 also reserves the right to refuse any SEO request that may damage its reputation or violate search engine guidelines.

12. Ethical SEO Practices

Infinity3 aims to follow ethical and sustainable SEO practices aligned with current search engine guidelines.

Infinity3 will not knowingly engage in:

  • Black-hat SEO
  • Link spam
  • Keyword stuffing
  • Cloaking
  • Automated spam tactics
  • Fake review manipulation

Clients requesting prohibited SEO practices may have their services terminated immediately.

13. Subscription Terms & Billing

SEO services are typically provided on a recurring monthly subscription basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • SEO subscriptions renew automatically each month
  • Payments are due in advance
  • Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of services
  • SEO work may pause until payment issues are resolved

Infinity3 reserves the right to remove access to reporting dashboards, SEO tools, or associated systems where accounts become overdue.

14. Cancellation & Notice Periods

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, SEO services require a minimum of 30 days written notice to cancel.

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email.

Due to the ongoing nature of SEO work:

  • No refunds are provided for completed work
  • No guarantees are provided for retained rankings after cancellation
  • SEO momentum and visibility may decline after services end

Infinity3 reserves the right to immediately terminate services where:

  • Payments remain overdue
  • Abusive behaviour occurs
  • These terms are breached
  • Illegal or unethical activity is identified

15. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of content specifically created for their website as part of SEO services.

Infinity3 retains ownership of:

  • Internal processes
  • SEO systems
  • Templates
  • Workflows
  • AI prompts
  • Reporting systems
  • Automation systems
  • Proprietary methods and strategies

These may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

16. Limitation of Liability

Infinity3 shall not be liable for:

  • Ranking losses
  • Traffic decreases
  • Business losses
  • Lost profits
  • Website downtime
  • Search engine penalties
  • Third-party platform failures
  • Data loss
  • Indirect or consequential losses

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinity3’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for SEO services during the previous three months.

17. Amendments

Infinity3 reserves the right to update or modify these SEO Services Terms & Conditions at any time.

The latest version will always be published on the Infinity3 website.

Continued use of SEO services after amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with SEO services provided by Infinity3 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
