Mystic Spirit is a spiritual reading practice offering tarot and rune guidance rooted in intuition, symbolism and gentle insight. The website needed to feel calm, safe and quietly magical, while giving visitors the confidence to explore, choose and book a reading online.
The Project
A Digital Presence Built From The Ground Up
Mystic Spirit came to Infinity3 without an existing digital presence. The goal was to create an online home that explained tarot, runes and combined readings in a way that felt approachable, reassuring and authentic.
This wasn't a website that could feel overly commercial or push visitors towards a quick purchase. Many people arrive looking for guidance, perhaps exploring spiritual readings for the first time, so the experience needed to establish trust and give them space to understand what Mystic Spirit offers.
At the same time, the practical side mattered. The website needed to support online bookings and payments while remaining straightforward for Helen to manage and develop as the business grows.
The Approach
Designing An Experience That Feels Like Mystic Spirit
We designed and built a bespoke WordPress website intended to feel more like a welcoming digital space than a conventional sales website.
The structure gently guides visitors through Mystic Spirit, explaining the different types of readings, how they work and what someone can expect. Language, pacing and layout were all considered carefully so that pages reassure and inform rather than overwhelm.
Content such as Help Me Choose The Right Reading, What To Expect and dedicated information about tarot, runes and the Major Arcana gives visitors the opportunity to explore at their own pace before deciding what's right for them.
